Time Constraints in SAP HR Subtype

Time Constraint

For the entire time that the employee works at the enterprise, exactly one valid Infotype record must exist. The validity periods of the individual records must not overlap. If a new record is created, the system automatically uses the start date of the new record as the delimitation date of the old record. Gaps are only allowed between the employee’s entry date and the start date of the first record.

Mainly worked on ZUMMC_maintain_advisor program. As of Thursday, I had finished user org & program reading, student search. Will finsih in one week.

Misc. issues included kmurphy3 unable to register, kcunningham's email different from login id, replace AIS contact info with Service Desk.

Weekly Work Summary August 12, 2011

1. Finished new Bank Details application, got the new special account from Basis and made it go alive on Tuesday. 

2. A professor keeps receiving i-grade notifications even though she is not an instructor.

3. A returning student doesn't have UMMC account in zit_active_users or mysql database.

4. Fin Aid negative amounts issue (Still need to keep an eye on it).

5. Student photos issue for Renea.

1. Had to spend more time with Ole Miss for the Bank details issues.

2. New students unable to register issue. Fixed on Monday (Aug 01) morning.

3. Fixed an error on new advising interface

4. Mad Bank Statement Mobile app work on ummc side. Need to talk to Student Accounting and Tim before releasing.

Weekly Work Summary July 14, 2011

It was another productive week.  I had made huge progress on mobile myu portal. Not only related links were prefectly built, but also 6 applications now work on myudev now.

Other issues included 2 Financial Aid issues (not seeting awards, Prom Notes link broken).

Will be in Oxford on Friday for BW and Portal Dev training.
